Just picked up a Flaming River 16:1 steering box, Flaming River stainless steering coupler and a Firm Feel fast ratio steering arm.
Parts were used for mock up only, then removed.

I'm hoping to install this stuff on my factory manual steering 1971 R/T Challenger.

Running a 440 Six Pack engine with TTI 1 7/8" headers.

First thing I'm wondering is if the fast ratio arm will clear the TTI headers...TTI's website says maybe? :clueless:

Second will the fast ratio arm on the tight 16:1 ratio steering box be extremely difficult to turn at low speed?

Anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks.
