I have a non-mopar electrical question... can I put it here?

I just pulled out the starter relay, it took a little wrestling but I got it out. Starter kicked once in the process.... key in my pocket. 

 
YA,biggs,i got troubles of my own now after yesterday,if it ain't one thing it's another.cleaned up the rust on front brake rotors on  my winter 99 cpougar winter beater yesterday,took it for a spin around the block a few times everything seemed fine.half a block away i smell wire burning,we all now that smell.......... i made to my yard and shut it down,smoke belloowing from the engine compartment.before this happened all my gages in my cluster went all hay wire,check engine like flashing and batter light came on.i'm like wtf.now what.was already 9;30  at night so i didn't have time to check it out yet.sounds like something major fried.if to exspensive to fix,i'm junking it.

I got the new switch in from rock today. Even tho the rock online catalog said airtex ( which does NOT impress) the switch actually has the Hyundai logo on it.       THIS WEEKEND WILL TELL THE TALE, now who wants to stop by and install this for me?  We can take NIKKI out for a blast when your done....
