Judging by the knife marks in the interior I'd guess bad breakup was its swan song.  I bought the car off ebay a year ago.  Drove more than 8 hrs each way with a trailer from Canada come to find out the seller sent me the wrong title for border clearance and I couldn't bring it home.  Bad scene.  Anyway happy ending - I got mine two months later and this one is ending up in good hands.  All the best with the build, start a thread.  Search for project sassy on the forum  and you'll see mine.  Cheers

id like to keep it mostly original, i dont have a engine but id like to put a warmed over 340 back in it, also maybe change the color, the original color was autumn bronze met. a 70 hockey stripe, and rally cluster,it was a vinyl roof car but im not sure about putting one back on.

Welcome Jimmy and congrats on the car and the divorce being final! LOL!  Look at the bright side- NOBODY will say zip if you want to build the 340 on the kitchen table. Good luck with it.
