Really is a barn find. Barn burnt up around It. Seriously the drivetrain is all there. Don't know if the engine is worth a dime but trans could be

Looks like one I saw outside of San Diego like 6 years ago, same situation too, guys barn had burnt down with 6 cars inside, including a cuda.  Not sure what its worth, I'd give him $500 for it

If there is a fender tag or build sheet it would have some value.  Without them it just looks like scrap.

it got hot enough to reshape that hood spring!

Unfortunately it's scrap, if it has a unique fender tag it would make a cool keychain. When I was in college and the prices of scrap steel was high I towed away a truck that suffered the same fate.

Fender tag is there. Believe it was a Hemi orange car. Car got hot enough to melt and buckle the firewall. I figure that some of the drive train may be salvaged. Like the trans, linkage, rear end/3rd member. Other than that scrap. Was thinking 200-300 tops in scrap

Exhaust Manifolds aren't hurt, $3-350?... Possibly a std bore block, After stripping, hot tanking & Magnaflux $5-600... Trans $350ish...  Bell housing may be hurt, maybe not.... 3rd member could be a SG but if stock it would be a cone type, maybe $250ish...  $500 would be a gift to the seller IMO..

:iagree:  When you consider the time and effort needed to move the car, take it apart and sell the parts.

Saw a lot of heat - scrap weight minus gas/time to move it.

Since all the other visible aluminum has melted, I would think there would be some damage to the aluminum transmission case.
especially since the firewall buckled as well as the rear of the roof.  The heat was definitely over the top of that tranny.

not to mention all the rubber seals are liley melted and it's sat in the bush with no fluid in it after a fire like that. I'd be surprised if any of the internal parts are salvagable. LIkely one giant seized unit at this point.

Get it cheap and turn it into some garage furniture like a couch out of the rear section if it's intact
