I have the Firm Feel greasabel pins.  Work just fine.  I have poly lower bushings, and no squeaks.

I have a few PST suspension parts and thought the quality was fine.  No issues with them (other then the fast ratio pitman arm, but that problem is not exclusive to PST).

Why?  Maybe if you're in process of rebuild anyway.
But I see no benefit to replace only these on a working system.

"Still" seems both FF and PST are not machining a groove for the grease to get around the entire pin?  ::)
Here is what I ended up doing...... 5 years ago still no issues.

I am probably going to change the t-bars from 0.96 to something over an inch. Figured since I'm that far in, I should change the LCA bushings, which led me to (maybe) replacing the LCA shafts. Also looking at the strut rods. Bigs replaced his with PST pieces, looking at those as well. Kind of like deciding to change one part, and that turns into rebuilding everything attached to that part!

Are these pins only to be used with poly bushings?  Could the grease might fug up rubber bushings?

I believe what you suspect is right. From the firm feel site, they say the greasable pins are for nylon or poly bushings and the non-greasable pin is for stock rubber bushings.

Now I just have to decide if it makes sense to use poly bushings in my lca when i have rubber offset bushings in the uca. :clueless:
Probably makes more sense to keep the bushing material the same?

Your gonna get arguments for both types, personally I've seen poly LCA bushing allow the inboard end of the LCA move forward & rearward... Remember the OE design is a press fit onto the shaft and into the socket in the LCA.. The poly bushing you can easily install with your bare hands... If our LCA bushing were like a GM product where the bushing was a huge chunk of rubber I'd say the improvement would be worth the trouble but our LCA bushings are very minimal...

I'm attaching a picture of a set of typical GM bushings from a Camaro... Next I'll post a Mopar bushing...
