The Old instruments tested with the new fuse box behind the ashtray.

Took an aluminum plate and cut out for the meters.

Oil pressure, brake light etc. in the middle where I see them.

My first thought was having it painted black but was quite happy with the look.

Lighting is a bit yellow so it will try LED lights later.

Boost pressure control down to the left

Old lamp and wiper switches are moved down to the right.
Must figure out where the stereo fits

Thanks
Has not ot been much work done on the Project, I have had other things to do  :swear:
But some small mods.
One Connection from master brake cylinder to feed clutch cylinder with oil.
Must measure and make the hose

Have tried a while to find a place for the ECU boxes.
Finally finish with mounting it on the roof of glove compartment.
Maybe there will be room for car radio as vell

I am running the same finned Aluminum 6.1 hemi  Jeep rear sump pan , They look much better than a Charlie's pan IMO..  I love how clean and uncluttered the body is without the side marker lights. Keep up the great work..

Thanks, I think so, pan have good fit too!!

There was no room for steering colum at the short header so I moved it a half inch closer to the inner fender.
Exhaust manifolds shortened down a half inch near the mounting plate.

fix it with some new black color and new ignition lock.

There enough space for steering!
Also the tubing for the main clutch cylinder in place

I discovered that many plugs to the sensors was wrong.
TPS, IAC and temperature sensor.
Crank and MAP I already knew

Strangely, when the sensors are supplied in the kit.

I've also got cool stuff from Precision.
Have many jobs started on the car and jumps between like an idiot.
fuel, clutch, brake, ECU, Electrics, turbos, exhaust, cooling etc  :droolingbounce:

A friend ships cars to Sweden, I usually order my parts to his adress and it comes over with the car containers, not a fast process though, but great for large items. PM me if you're interested and I give you his number (swedish number).

I did the last on the braking system, brake pipes to the rear axle brake calipers.
Thought it would be best to do it before I mount the fuel tank.

New BeCool radiator with my friends used dual Spal fans.

Tried to find the right place for the intercooler

intercooler in place with hoses through the wall into the engine compartment.

Engine oilcooler to the left and right coolers for brake hydroboost and the steering!!

Thinking of making intake manifold-pressurepipe in Stainless steel

Are still looking for suitable radiator hoses and take gladly suggestions :lol2:
Also thinking if I need a pressuretank (like stock) for the cooling system or perhaps it is enough with radiator overflow reservoir.
Most people do not seem to need it.

Looks nice!  :2thumbs:  I wonder if you will have cooling issues trying to flow air though all those parts?  :dunno:

The fan system looks undersized to me, especially without a shroud.

Direct mounted fans leave -huge- hot spots within a radiator and aren't very efficient.

I live in North of Sweden, 15 miles from the Arctic Circle and we have no hot summers as you have. BUT
You are probably right, I may manufacture a fan shroud.I leave enough space for a larger radiator too.
one can not overstate the importance to have good cooling :)
