Wheels from old Project "Lotus Omega"
Superstar Rowel 10-19 front and 11.5-19 rear
Trunk floor was replaced and a battery box was built on the right side.

Full welding of all that has been repaired and strengthened.
Epoxy of all the metal parts, seam sealer wherever it might be needed and after that black epoxy undercoating.

Looks great! :clapping: I suggest the US cartool cowl braces though. They are a nice addition IMO.

Looks great! :clapping: I suggest the US cartool cowl braces though. They are a nice addition IMO.

I make my own but they were not as cool as U.S. cartools.
I didn't know they existed when it was OK for paint.
Weld the side marker, bumper horns, strip and badge holes, etc.
New fenders, rocker panels.

What are those braces from the rear torisionbar monts to the front framerails? never seen that before, looks like a good place to reinforce.

Yes, on the right side of the trunk.

Right, I thought so too. It looked to be a weak point where.

No torque boxes, I understand that it is a mistake not to have it.
It's probably something I can fix later, plus a few other things.

It came out a lot of flaws first lap. Also new sheet metal parts were not good.
Filling lap after lap, never thought it would be fine.
Shot it light green and it has been untouched for 5 weeks.
During that time shrank filler only on two small places ,hood and right rear fender.

Paint finished and I am really excited, now I can start final assembly.
The car looks black but it is green metallic and really looks great in the Sunlight.

Thanks, it suites the E-body graceful lines.
Got back frontsuspension and rearaxle from powder coating.
There were also some candy from the U.S., 6.1 HEMI / 426 strooker kit, camshaft, springs, adj. pushrods, Oilpump, etc.
First layer of insulation brand cilent coat, I think it is the same as dynamat.
Firewall, floors, wheel arches, trunk and ceilings.

The next layer of thicker insulation on the firewall.
Modification of the electrical system. all fuses and relays moved behind the ashtray.
All cables to the front pulled behind the left fender.
Dashboard in place to test old instruments.
New instruments should sit on a self-made cluster.

Great to install new painted stuff and hopefully for the last time.
RMS AlterKtion is a pice of Art and has perfect fit.
Rear end with my own design 4-link and coilovers.
