What'd you do for your fuel system?

Also note the bolts on your tie rods, at the knuckle, are considered too short since the bolt does not stick out of the nylon by at least 1.5 threads.

Sweet build. Like the package tray, is it covered in carpet?

What do you mean by package tray?

I bought fuelstuff from Aeromotive, Fuel Pump Eliminator 11104, Fuel Filter 12302, 12310, Fuel Pressure Regulator 13110,
Fuel Block Y-Type 15620, CPR Fuel Rail and 1000cc injectors.
Have not decided yet where these will be placed, there is not plenty of space.
Stock gastank whould be modified with a Bosch 044 pump that supplies fuel to a catch tank and return line back. Aeromotiv pump etc after the catch tank before Engine.
You had the same problem how did you solve it?
Do you have any suggestions?

Yes, the original was in very bad shape so I cut out a new and dressed it with the same carpet as I should have in thetrunk.

So it was time to give the engine a little care.
The engine I bought from a crashed car in Sweden, SRT8-2006 in good condition.
The engine will be charged with twin turbo so the compression ratio is too high.
So most of the engine parts will be replaced and checked.

It's just to put the rotating assembly kit on ad

It tends to be space problems for oiljets when strooking hemi Engines.
Will see how it will goes!!

What brand and model are the rear speakers? Really like the way the speaker grill looks.

And that motor is going to be sweet, wow. Awesome work so far  :clapping:

Okey, among the most enjoyable of the project is the engine.
finally, I can set some energy on it.

Manley 4.050" stroke crankshaft
Manley "H" Beam Connecting Rods
Manley Platinum Series Lightweight Pistons
Compression ratios 8,5-1

The cylinders are bored for the new kit and main studs with crossbolts holds it in place.

crankshaft with new Clevite "P" series main bearings.
Clevite "H" series narrowed rod bearings.

I spent lots of hours to adjust oiljets for Clarence!!
Both the rods and pistons

I was forced to take out a piece of the piston
The picture is not mine but it looks the same on my pistons

Camshaft from Hughes Engine.
Melling performance  oilpump.
Double roller timing chain & gears.

Interesting. Never seen the inside of one of those engines before, what is the outer wheel with the holes attached to the camshaft? Looks like a timing device.

That's what the cam sensor is reading. Hall effect sensor reluctor.

I even modify Oil pan gasket / Windage Tray.
The connecting rods had not enough space.
Oil pickup rear sump and timing case cover.

I made connections for turbo oil return in the new rear sump oil pan.
One on each side, I might just use one to both turbos.

ARP Head Stud Kit.

Heads in place with Cometic MLS Head Gasket.
Stage1 ported heads with new Beehive springs and retainers.
Manley Race Flo Stainless Steel Intake Valves 2055 "
Manley Race-Flo Stainless Steel Exhaust Valves 1.625 "
New Waterpump, ATI Super damper.

It was a difficult and time-consuming job to adjust the pushrods.

Installation cylinder head covers and ignition coils

Intake manifolds, water pipes and some electrical Cables.

Preparing for the engine to the chassis.
Retainers crank rear oil seal installation and(I do not know what it's called)
Bearing for the gearbox axle.

I bought a broken Viper gearbox from Germany and the former owner started
repair but lost interest.
Bought the parts from the U.S. and completed the repair.
It was reinforced stuff so long I knew then.

Preparing the engine compartment with hydro-boost brake parts.
I used as much as possible of the stock brake lines.

Engine and gearbox together and then just a bit down gently.
With the stock shorty manifolds for the first time, I've tried without the manifolds before.
I did not know that it would cause problems ..... comes to that later.

Fuel rail and some other cool stuff.
