Looks great. That's a lot of work polishing up the stainless. I did that too on another project and it all turned brown/tan with the heat. Looks great for 10 minutes though!  :lol:

Perhaps I'm staring right at it, but where do you have the wastegate on those turbos?

It did not take long to polish 50-60 minutes.
yes, you're right exhaust system has begun to brown / tan after 700km.
Looks like I get polish every year and it's not my thing.

There was little room for waste gates and scavenge pump, etc.
I know that the best place for turbos is above the oil pan but I
like sleeper look.
I have had big problems with the oil scavenge system .... goming to that later.

As I said earlier, I have big problems with the turbo pressing oil into the exhaust system.
Lots of smoke from the exhaust system.

Test1. I have a Tilton scavenge pump connected to a turbocharger with a T, which then goes to the oil pan upper part of oillevel.(Pump 10 inches above turbos) SMOKE
Test2. Moved pump at the level of the tubes and turbo. SMOKE
Test3. Ventilated couplings before pumping. SMOKE
Test4. Ventilated cans direct under turbocharger. SMOKE
Test5. OIL restrictor oil before turbo. SMOKE

Turbocharger oil scavenging has always been an issue.
The slightest restriction in the "drain" will immediately send oil past the exhaust seals.
Turbo systems mounted below the engine oil level, need to have some form of positive scavenging

I think I have the solution now !!
Surfed a couple of hours in countless places.

Interesting idea with the canisters. Should provide a "buffer" for the ever changing flow.

One thing I keep looking at is where the two lines T into one. On any given system the fluid will always flow to/from the easiest path. It could be possible that you have suction to your primary line but after the T it ends up effectively only drawing from one side.

Positive thinking here that your current setup works...

But if unfortunately it doesn't. Possibly replace the T with a Y and have the Y slightly above your canister. Might help draw both sides evenly.
Another idea is to add an additional line that just connects the two canisters. This way if the draw varies from side to side they can still balance themselves out.

What is the fitting on the top of your catch canisters?
Also what diameter are your oil restrictors?

Just wondering if that is the McLeod dual disc clutch your running and how you like it? Also what head are those, just worked over stocker? That car is beautiful man, nice work. Oh yeah and which fuel rail is that I like it and need a fuel guage on mine too.

It is air vents on the top of the canisters

Many who have twin turbo has these setup, pumps, T-connectors, etc.
Strangely enough, they get it to work.

This is my final setup
.............................................................................
Check valve with 2 psi cracking pressure installed pre-turbo and 3m.m restrictor.
Smaller catch canister with oil sump suction from the bottom.
2 smaller gear pumps (one each turbo)
Turbo timer 30 seconds.
(Maybe even check valves between the turbo and oil pan)
.............................................................................

It would be damned if it does´nt work

Yes, it is McLeod RXT Twin disc setup
I think it feels great, but have not tested it for proper load yet.
Heads are SRT8 but with larger stainless steel valves and easily ported intake and exhaust.
CPR fuel rail with gauge.
