Trunk Lock to rod attachment

Ok dumb question, but mine was in pieces when I got it.
70 cuda.....what holds the rod/lever to the back of the trunk lock.... I'm guessing a e clip?

That clip holds the rod to the lever. An "E" Clip as you mentioned holds the lever to the lock cylinder. :2cents: Same on both ends too.
