    I think it's so local people who think it would be a cool show but don't have mopars can still go, kind of a "everyone welcome but dodge owners are free" kind of thing.....I dont know

    Theyre cool with Plymouths too. My wife seriously considered driving to this in her 2012 Charger because she loves Motley Crue, and wants to check out the hellcats, but decided one concert (this Friday night) was enough.
    If it were closer I would have found a way to take the cuda, but not gonna be makin a 1400 mile trip.
    Back in the day though I woulda been.....Road Trip!!!!

    My wife told me...surprise, lets take a road trip!
    So now I find myself preparing for a 1350ish mile trip, each way, starting thursday afternoon and ending monday night.
    Taking the 2012 charger (you must be driving YOUR OWN Mopar to get in).
    There will be 850 Mopar "show cars" along with hundreds more "regular" mopars (like ours) considered the general admission I guess.
    I will take lots of pictures, then ooh and aww at the hellcats on display and then if I can still stand go watch Motley Crue. I dont know much about them but I dont think I care much for em from what Ive seen and heard.  :ylsuper:
    I have been researching the Charger hellcat and it should be released for pre-order around the first of January and we are seriously considering one. Hell of a commuter car for the wife, who loves Mopars too, and she also loves cats (we have two)  :crying:
    I know almost everyone hates the new charger styling, but the hellcat is growing on me. Besides, my Dad had one when I was a kid so maybe its my turn. :money: :burnout: :burnout:

    Ive seen the gas monkey show Fast and Loud about 4 or 5 times and Ive never seen a Mopar of any kind, so I dont know what the connection is. Im guessing the guy is doing it for the money, exposure and general love of cars. Knowing the guy from the show though, its probably mostly the money. Hey, its the American way
