    :iagree: Yeah, but one that also blows 600 hp Camaros! Those little turbo cars are giant killers. My boys have a home made GLH and the little ba$tard is scary fast. There's a YouTube vid out there that shows a turbo, silver Caravan that looks like it belongs to a soccer mom and it'll run in the 9's if I remember correctly. Think about that for a moment. I still shake my head when I think about it.  :22yikes:

    Well yeah, thats common hot rod math. 350 block, obviously 350 horses, 50 hp intake, 50 hp carb, 50 hp headers, 25 hp HEI system, 25 hp cam. The open air filter and hoodless engine compartment have for to be good for 25 hp each, so he is conservatively rating it at 600.

    We had a wrecked SRT-4 here a few years ago.... driveline sold quick!  :money:  still a freakin' Neon to me tho......  ::)

    I need a gas sipper that can eat some mustangs.

    I've even got wheels/tires  just waiting for the ride

    My initial build on my car (I call it stage 1 lol) will get me about 400 hp. Sad to say with the weight, and cruising friendly gears, there will probably still be more than a few modern cars out there that will at least be able to hang with me....if not beat me lol.

    Stage 2 is a supercharger, and upgraded drivetrain. Planning at least 500 hp....maybe 600 lol.

    It's today's "hot rodders" ... same as someone in 1952 taking a 32 coupe, stripping off everything but the cabin, and droppin in a (at the time) big flat head.

    I grew up and was ingrained - 8 cylinder, wicked sounding, fast as hell in a straight line ... but crawl through the turns ...  :roflsmiley:

    At least there's still kids out there interested in cars .... even if they are missing 4 cylinders ....  :lol2:
