i have ignition setup to limit rpms at 5800. because the engine dynoed and peak h.p. was at 6000 and these motors are like diesels they don,t need to revved to the moon for power with the torque  they produce.

The solid cam, I still haven't seen the top peak where it looses HP.
These engines are built to run to 7,500 RPM   :2cents:
