Source for Amp meter to Volt gauge conversion Cuda Rallye Dash

Hi,
After a recent electrical meltdown, I've finally got my 71 Cuda running again, but the meltdown left me with some failed electrical parts and lots of blown bulbs. I had Crash340 come around over the weekend to help with the electrical diagnosis and repairs. Thanks again Greg.
We have bypassed the Amp gauge and eliminated the 16 and 18 bulkhead terminals. The voltage regulator feeding the small gauges failed. The tach and clock both failed.
What companies does everyone source their electrical parts from? I'm after the following parts.
1. Amp meter to Volt gauge conversion
2. Voltage regulator for gauge cluster
3. Quartz conversion for clock
4. Replacement internals for tachometer
5. Replacement road lamps switch

I got the R-3035 kit for the clock off ebay. So long as you are careful with the needles, it's a fairly easy straight forward 1 hr project.

Personally I highly recommend adding relays to your headlights, add a high blower relay & add a 8-10 gauge wire from the output terminal of the alternator to the battery post of the starter relay...

I don't have a link but it's been discussed over on Moparts, the gauge is an easy change but most guys seem to just leave the ammeter face in place, when I get around to it I plan the print up a volt meter face with the correct font to look like it belongs... You need to attach the wires that bolt to the ammeter to each other & insulate them real well, The volt meter should be fed by a switched power connection...

I like the idea of adding a wire from alternator output to battery post of the starter relay.  Is that just a single wire with eyelet terminals on either end?  Im more of a visual aid guy along with instruction.  I hear this method takes a lot of amps away from the amp gauge?  Does anything else need to be done if adding this wire?

I used orange nail paint on the new voltmeter needle...

As for the clock conversion....
Viping the clock with a damp cloth is NOT recomended.... risk of smudging white onto black.
If you can find tiny bolts instead of using rivets,... it will be easier.

That takes the charge load off the bulkhead connectors & the ammeter but now the ammeter will never show a charge so thats why you change to a voltmeter...
The headlight relays take another large load off the bulkhead connectors & the ammeter, plus suddenly the headlights are not only bright at idle but also considerably brighter when your driving...
The high blower relay does the same thing load wise & has the added benefit of suddenly your fan moves air volume comparable to a modern car... That problem has never been the fan motor or the design of the blower wheel/housing.. It's lack of current to run the motor properly...

I have a headlight schematic, if you look in the current "Headlights" thread there is a link to a man that sells a high quality plug & play harness built specifically for your car....
On the blower relay I don't have a schematic but it's basically the same idea, I am supplying power  in the high blower position through a relay rather than the switch... Those switches are getting hard to replace & expensive & usually they have burnt high speed contacts...

Easy enough to cut and splice into your existing circuit if you want, take a couple hours and done, I bought a new light harness and will prob just integrate the relays into it in thinking, probably put the relays on a plate under the battery

That's what I did, added a relay for the parking lights while at it
