New FF stage 3 box and FF tubular UCA

Super excited and will have them mounted and the car aligned given FF specs with the new UCA. Given these mods, how should i expect the car to handle? Before the car terrified me at speeds over 60mph. The front end has all new poly fittings, moog parts, and front and rear sway bars. so, what do you think?

Did the same setup, aligned the front end by FF specs. Got thr car up to 90 a couple weeks ago and it was smooth as can be.

I've just fitted FF2 box, poly bushes, rubber offset UCA bushes, FF, tie rods, fast ratio arms, I have max caster I can set, guessing around 3-4 deg, steering is tight and directional, down the interstate it just sits with no tracking or driver input req

Killer! I'm still running stock original TBs, but will upgrade soon. Not sure on the size, but at least 1". Any other recommendations? I want this to ride as smooth and responsive as possible.

Same here, I got FF's Stage 2 box, fast ratio pitman arm, UCA's, front and rear sway bars, Bilstein shocks, 1.0 T-bars, new leaf springs, K-frame reinforcement,
suspension rebuild kit, Wilwood brakes all around and a Hydraboost system
Also added the selector support kit for the pitman arm and LCA reinforcement brackets. Just waiting for a spot in my friends garage so I can get started.
Dennis at FF recommended the 1.0 T-Bars for me.

nice. can you do the k-frame reinforcements while the motor is mounted to it? Tell me about your Hydraboost system. Did you go with a used Ford Astor van system? My leaf springs have no sags, but are original to the car. i wonder if i'd benefit from new ones?

I dont think so, I'm gonna take the whole package out, K-frame and everything, just unbolt it and lift the car up as I seen the pro's do, first time for me though, been taking the engine out from the top before. Also gonna weld the K-frame as I saw here in another tread, make everything nice and clean before I reassemble. I saw a video somewhere that showed the steering box flexing when steering so thats why I got that reinforcement and the selector support kit. I also have US Car Tools fender braces, maybe I'll get to those also, did the sunframe connectors in June, BIG improvement. I got a new Hydraboost system from here: http://www.hydratechbraking.com/Mopar_E_Body.html
And looking at it, I guess it's called Hydratech, not Hydraboost.... sorry, and with a Wilwood brake cylinder also.
My leafs are bad, car sit way lower on one side, right now the whole weight is on the airshocks, so I'm hoping for a huge improvement in handling.

Ya, I figure it would have to be pulled. Sounds like a great project. Where did you get the pitman support? Is that what keeps the steering from flexing?

I was looking at that sector support too. Anybody on here use one? Any feedback as to effectiveness?

Looks like the sector mod would be easy. It just drills into the k frame from below? No need to drop the steering box, right?

Somewhere in one of my threads there is a photo of the engine support I used to hang the motor so I could drop the K frame without pulling the engine, was super simple, and made putting the headers in super easy, I also changes freeze plugs at the same time. The guys at FF suggested I didn't need a sector support on my 73 K frame, just weld some gusset's to brace the box mount, I did that and there is no flex
