I think there are two known. I'm not sure I have numbers for both but I do have some info on two cars. I assume this picture on Flickr is your car.

So does anyone know what every color they had?

I've so far seen:

Black
Red
White
Bronze
Yellow
Green
Blue? (not sure)

Let's see some more pictures.

I put together this little chart over on this thread  http://www.cuda-challenger.com/cc/index.php?topic=98634.0

It should be fairly accurate as KA "corrected" my first rendition with his red pen (thanks for the schooling KA ). It checks against a lot of other references that I have been able to come across so far. But as with all things Mopar there are exceptions to every rule :pullinghair: Apparently if you wanted something bad enough, you could "special order" practically any color combo you could think of. :faint:

Cheers!

Great info RzeroB

This just raises my curiosity more on special ordered stripes like Chryco has.

Were these a unique code for each color. Or were these unique colors all the same code on the VIN?

That always amazes me that there were no white hockey stick stripes . . . .  :screwy:

It says you could get a '70 Cuda with a V4W white strobe stripe, so were the AAR's available in both white and black strobe stripes?  It say V6H black stripe for TA and AAR only but that is under the '70 Challenger longitudinal stripe.

No, Trans Am cars got black stripes and they could not be deleted.

to my knowledge virtually any paint color could be used with different codes for the colors used
