Anyone have photo's of the disc brake caliper bracket for the R/H side that enables the use of the factory adjustable tapered bearings???? and or both sides with detail please.

Not sure if this helps, but this is the Kit Cass supplied with my new Dana?



I machined the caliper myself for the oversize tapered bearings.

Thanks Brad, I was just looking at those photo's about an hour ago, was just wondering how he worked the adjuster on the R/H side of the 8 3/4. I can buy ford calipers and discs here with caliper bracket but may have to make a new bracket, if I lived over there I would just buy a kit from Cass but its just a little spendy by the time it gets here.

So Brad, is that the non adjustable taper bearing, the set 20 version? and did Cass fit a pair of 3.15" bore hybrid housing ends?

Not sure what size they are? They were and upgrade and not adjustable. Yes the ends on the housing are special to suit the bearings.

Yeah it does Brad, its what Cass was telling me as an option, right now its moving into a little to much work for all I'm chasing is a 1395mm housing just to fit the wheels I want under the car, I have an early C housing which is almost identical to an E body that I'll shorten, to keep the factory adjustable bearings, unless I move over to the green style bearings,there is a locally built ford Falcon that has a disc brake rear that is commonly used in conversions that I may look at, lots of stuff to think about, going to green bearings will eliminate a lot of housing shortening accuracy issues, not that I can't do it just options, who knows.
wish I lived in the US, would be a whole lot easier for sure
