Electric emergency brake
« on: October 28, 2014 - 02:02:16 PM »

Is anyone using this set up on their E body. I measured and it seems mounting would be no problem. Just looking for  :feedback:

Thanks.

Well I guess nobody is using it, think I will give it a shot. Be nice to get rid of the E brake pedal assembly.

Will do, I already measured and it will easily mount under driver floor board. All the reviews I read on it are positive for operation. The video on their web site is a pretty impressive demonstration of its operation. Keep an eye on Toxicwolf's restoration thread for details.

This is how I mounted it. The bracket on the cable doesn't come with it, I made it.

OK, I gave them a call. With no battery it's neccesary to back off the nut at the t bar. That would be if you couldn't put jumper cables on the battery, or if battery was missing.
