These guys make the entire system, but you will need a custom system for headers and Magnaflow.  You may be able to ask for custom.  Pipe is 2.25.

TTI should have a system also , they generally offer different mufflers & header connections .

Another question in line with this topic:
What do the screws look like that hold the muffler strap together? Looks to be some sort of machine screw. One half of the strap has a regular hole while the other one is a tabbed hole.

Thanks...

:wavingflag: Well due to the ridiculous price of boo tubes I have decided to attempt to build my own mufflers from some 1 x3 square tubing by welding them three wide and inserting baffles. I attached the initial drawing any thoughts?

I made almost the same thing entirely out of stainless to pass emissions testing on an old Buick I had. I noted how long the sniffer probe was and put a hole about 4" further up.  in the center chamber. I designed it so most of the exhaust would flow on the 2 outer chambers and blocked access to the probe on these two chambers with stainless expanded metal. When the engine was running is sucked fresh air and passed the e test  (with a BB with no/hollowed out cats, etc.), every time with flying colours.  Worked great for years!  :2thumbs:   Things you do when you have time and little money huh?
The issue with side exhaust is the fumes drifting back into the car when you had the windows down and stopped. That and the noise was bad! I've always thought I would someday make something up with electric exhaust cut outs and by pass the muffler so it was like open headers just for fun but be able to shut it off most of the time . I do love the sound of high RPM's and open headers once in awhile!

Failing to find an affordable muffler to quiet down my big block truck, I made my own mufflers. Mine were considerably larger than the ones you are attempting at 12x24 inches. I used scrap aluminum .125 sheet from a work project. I did copy some of the internal structure of some other more popular mufflers and created a 3 chamber design with the requisite deflectors, tubes, and baffles. Overall the project was very successful and I was finally able to hold a conversation in the truck while it was running.

Good luck and let us know how it sounds.
