  Ok guys I need some help. it is going to rain so I decided to work on my grill. I cleaned everything and getting ready to tackle the broken plastic and  missing "rivets". I was going to use a epoxy called Devcon 5 but not sure if that is the best I could find. I have used it on some other stuff and it works great but not sure about using it on my baby.    Also the "rivets" on the inserts I was thinking of using super soft aluminum rivets but I am afraid they may be too stiff and crack the plastic eyes while installing.  I was wondering if you guys have done this and what you used. I don't want to pull it apart until I know how to get it back together

       I am so flippin ticked off right now. The ups man just did his knock drop and run routine so I was not able to open boxes before accepting them. My new rear valence panel was bent 90 degrees on both ends and my new trunklid looked like someone dropped it off a 3 story building directly on the rear corner and the rolled it down a bolder covered hill. now I have to wait another week for replacements to show up.

I hate when the bastardized do that. Especially when it is obvious the shipment is compromised. Best wishes on quick (and good) replacements.

Yepp..agree... I get the same feeling opening a box after spending 270 $ of just shipping cost to europe and three weeks of waiting  for a rear valence.

Just remember, packaging for a safe or rough travel depends on the vendor. They should be held accountable if it wasn't packaged correctly, especially if it's a fragile part.
But for what it's worth, I've been thru the same thing.

  Well after many passes of grind and weld and a "few" cold ones the passenger side door gaps look good. I might massage the body line some more but happy for today!!

  Another day of work done.  driver side door gap finished up, just need a couple of coats of high build primer and some blocking and it will look better than new.
