:wavingflag:  So happy right now, the new jewelry for the car showed up.  it was a pain in the a%$ to install, but so smooth opening and so easy to align. A excellent product from Ring Brothers!!!

:wavingflag: Finished todays project, got the new bearings installed in the manual shift column I got of e-bay, some sanding and paint and I think it looks great.  Quick question for you guys on the horn trim ring it looks like it had silver paint applied around in the groove. is this a normal thin I have seen them with and without.

I saw an episode of chasing classic cars with Wayne Carrini where the authorities were close to removing perfectly restored cars from an auction because the VIN plates had been removed and refitted.. If this is not allowed how on earth can these things be correctly restored?? I think its a case of the blind leading the educated..
Keep up with the good work looks like you getting the better of the tin worm..
