:wavingflag: It is definitely a lot of work, but it feels good to see it getting closer to color.

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

Just in case you guys were curious, here is the color i picked.  it is a modified plum crazy of sorts.Ddepending on how the light hits it it goes from purple black to dark blue and explodes under direct sunlight!  I think it is a pretty cool color.

:banghead: I just opened my eastwood box went to pull out my 2.2 tip to spay the poly primer and low and behold the needle is not for my concours pro gun!  AAARRRGGGH! quick call to eastwood and they do not make a larger tip for the gun, but they say i can still spray it with the 2.0 tip but i have to thin it. i really don't want to but nit sure what options i have other than buying a new gun.  Any suggestions???? :clueless:

I am going to use a 2.0 tip myself as everything I have read and watched says it can be done. If it requires thinning, then use acetone and do some experimentation to get it to flow. Look at going to someplace like harbor Freight and pick up a cheap suction gun (the gun with the can on the bottom) with a big tip. Remember, you want to build it up in coats, not all at once.

Nice! I will try the 10% and see what I get. Did you use acetone?
