Cool they got a cuda.  :woohoo:

They filmed a bunch of this movie right up the road from me on Monarch pass.

I got to see the challengers hang out over at mcdonalds and taco bell while they were in town.

Yup. They spent a week on Pikes Peak and a week on Monarch Pass.

They were much more clandestine when they were in the Springs as all the cars were stored in tractor trailers and the Pikes Peak Highway was closed during filming.

I have the first 6 movies in this collection, so I'm sure I'll buy this one too.

I think they will have to kill  off Paul at some point in this movie.    :dunno:

Yes I've read that they give Paul's character a good send-off.  What I wonder is if this will be the last movie in the franchise.

I know a lot of people rip on the series, but I've always enjoyed them.  They're not perfect, and sometimes a bit too silly in what they pass off as plausible, but I still enjoy the comradery between the characters.

I'm REFUSING to watch any previews, or even read too many articles about the story/plot.  I want to go into theatres next year with a clean slate!

My favorites were the 1st and 3rd movies.  All the others have way to many "over the top" action scenes that don't appeal to me.  Real car stunts and action scenes are ALWAYS better then computer generated, over the top stuff IMO.  I haven't seen the 6th or 7th movies.

Transformers is going in the same direction.  T4 was awful.

T4 was awful, but made the most money of all the transformer movies. Acting could be better in Fast and Furious (all of them),but we are so wanting car movies and action movies, F and F is raking in the cash. Personally, a majority of the movies now are crap, so something remotely good is a huge hit.  :2cents: In saying that I have seen and own on dvd ( and vhs) all the f and f movies and am going to see f and f 7
