Got it.. My 1st E-body... '70 Challenger TA >>> Now gone....
« on: November 16, 2014 - 12:28:09 PM »
Hey gang..
Well, the time has arrived and I am officially an E-body owner... So, is there a secret E-body hand shake? It is pretty darn nice. I meet my friend Rick and Tammy who I've known for a LONG time back in my Active Duty Air Force days at Carswell AFB. I sold the black Daytona clone and bought this. With the money I had invested in the Daytona clone, the amount I sold it for and the purchase price of the TA, I have... ohhhhh, bought a TA for $6000..

I drove it on base before we loaded it...... Man, it was nice driving a 4speed again........

Now, it is home next to the other race car, the Daytona......

Sweet!!!!!  Love the hood locks.   :clapping:
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Here she is after I cleaned her up yesterday after church... Nice day; start off with church and then go detail the TA, in the garage, watching NFL and NASCAR.. Life is good......
Interior picture... Have to vacuum off those floor mats..

Engine compartment, please critique so I can get it as OEM-correct. I have learned I need to get the proper black heater hose strap and I'll be moving the ECS box for the igniton under the battery tray. Maybe somewhere else, not totally sure yet... But, don't want the visual impact of it on the firewall.

Too bad they didn't correct the inner fender when it was replaced. It has a 71+ style.
I would correct horns so they don't fill up with water. :nono:
