If you would all like, I can give you a very accurate description of all that is included in the M46 option, it is more than you think! Barry, just for controversy sake, why don't you post pics of the 71 Barracuda's shown in the "23" section of your 70-71 parts book. There are a couple of pages showing a 71 Barracuda with them. Check pages 23-458 and 23-462 in your book(one hardtop and one convertible!). I have a color photo showing a 71 convertible that is EL5 with a lower black border around the car, just as if it was equipped with the M46 option. As far as I know the option was only available in 1970, however..................?!
