    Great work!  If you plan on having any more of these printed up to sell, make sure to modify your design file to incorporate the groove you machined on your lathe. :thumbsup:

    I am the one who did the Rally setup using Speedhut gauges. They are on my thread http://www.cuda-challenger.com/cc/index.php?topic=108127.540

    The challenge is making the mounting plate bc the rally gauges come in at different angles. I am sure it could be done in different ways, but I really wanted it to use the factory bezel like the original did instead of just mounting the gauges into the bezel itself. I also had to modify the dash frame to mount the gauge mounting plate.

    Completely agree, it seems like it should be simple but once you get into there are a number of issues to deal with that require some imagination and ingenuity.

    The raised lip on the stock bezel has been painstakingly removed by demel and a very steady hand. The smaller gauges are actually bonded in place on the b-side to get a seamless flush-like fit. I have an easy 40hours in that cluster, but it’s one of my favorite parts of the car!

    You did a really nice job on it. I cannot say how much time I have in mine as there were a number of false starts; I really had a hard time getting the angles sorted out.

    So, did you guys add some kind of support to the backs of the gauges or tie them in with the metal bracket? Seems like they might be a bit much for just the plastic face piece. I will be tackling this soon as I just ordered my Speedhut gauges and don't want to worry about them later down the road.

    Did I? No, the gauges are just bonded into place and they're pretty light. They've been on there a year thus far and it's been 109° in my garage this summer, no movement.
