Reviving this old thread.... has anymore info on the "plugs" for the gauges?

So, I did mine a little different than the way MickM did his. I had a buddy's kid 3D print me a new face that I was able to plastic meld with the existing face piece. Doing this I could fit it to the size of the Speedhut gauges I used. Turned out awesome.

I tried attaching some pics, but they're apparently too big.

JpRngr, I would like to see your pics of what you did.  Can you resize them using "paint" or another software?  All you need to do is bring the picture up in "paint" and resize it, maybe 50% and resave (to another name if you want to keep the originals).  If still too big, start over and resize 25%.

Tried resizing, got them down under 500K and still couldn't upload. IDK. If you want to send me your e-mail address, I can send you them. Maybe you can get them to post :dunno:

This site sucks for posting pics. I believe you need to use a third party hosting site or try another forum like: e-bodies.org    Posting pictures there is easy peasy.

This system won't allow me to post the pics either, keeps getting an error.

Jp - does the new 3D printed part take the place of the original non rallye gauge holder?

Good luck getting anything to post here.

Please, put the pics over on e bodies.org so that we can see them.   Definitely interested.

No problem. Post or share as you like.

I took and cut out part of the original outer piece and melded the 3D printed piece in it's place. Because of all the angles of the stock outer face piece, I figured this was the easiest way to go. So, in other words, instead of two separate pieces(an inner & an outer), I now just have the one piece and the gauges mount to it.
