Damn a new tranny and it has expensive noises comming out of it after only 3000 miles. If anyone can scan the tranny rebuild section from a service manual with the exploded view and post or send it too me I'll be forever in your debt.

Hey chryco
did you say they make a special pilot bushing for a 4 speed in an automatic crank? got any idea on the part # or if its stilll available? I'm hoping against hope that I broke up a pilot bushing and the first motion shaft is just flobbleing around

I don`t have the part # handy but it is the Dakota roller pilot brg , under $20  any Mopar dealer should be able to get it for you
it could also be the roller eating into the counter shaft pin , these are a vailable new from Passion Perf www.passionperformance.com

The part # I have is #53009180. I believe that's a Mopar number but I'm not sure. The number can be crossed over at most auto parts stores to their number.
