since you have a 4 speed, i think the only option is straight pipes all the way out the back

I used a Magna flow stainless system/kit on mine and am very happy with it.

I have a 4 speed with X pipe exhaust . . . no issues.  I pulled the trans and never moved the exhaust . . . .  :ylsuper:

i should probably clarify......stick shifts sound awesome with straight pipes, as in , no mufflers. autos sound dumb.
i would also recommend x pipe, but definitely not mufflers. it won't be too obnoxious if you're not on it, but make sure you run the pipes all the way back, otherwise it will sound like a clunker - you lose sound quality with shorter pipe, especially these guys dumping at the rear axle.
it will sound melodious once you put your foot into it, just don't be silly in town with it.

Another vote for TTI  My last car I sold to fund the Cuda was a small-block Duster that ran TTI 1 7/8 headers into a TTI 3 inch x pipe system with DynoMax Ultra Flo round mufflers and exited under the bumper.Nice poppy rumble to it at idle, but wide open at 7600  :scared:!Sounded awesome.Everything fit amazing into the factory hangers and cleared the rear end even with 3 inch.Best part is it flowed enough to run high 9's through the muffs.

Hooker headers with 2-1/2" pipe and glass pack. Comes out at a 45 before the rear tires
Its just a little 340 with a miss
