And after spending $70,000 there will be no proof it was black or even a 4 speed

Without a broadcast sheet or fender tag.....it's just another over priced V code project :2cents: not worth restoring :banghead:

I find every picture is fuzzy or it is just enough not to give you the true information of this car. No Dana, happens to have a replacement block. Sat since 1984. Can not add up all the parts to see if they even come close to a 20K value. Looks like a 440-6 Cuda I parted out years ago, except its was Red and really no option except a front rubber bumper. Why put a front rubber bumper on the car and not a shaker hood. I think this thing will be on the list for a long time unless someone has a parts car to give it a big helping hand.

I tried to buy this car a few years ago.  I don't remember it not having a fender tag.  It looks like someone has been using it for parts.  Here are some pics from when I was interested in it.

How much did he want for it then?

I think the price was about the same then.  It was a different owner.  The owner now is probably just flipping it and he probably got it from another flipper.  Every new owner just takes a piece of the car.  Soon just the VIN tag will be on Ebay.

Nice placement of the Cuda emblem on the fender!!!

Since when does a V code mean you put 426 on your license plate?

Maybe that's why it's 20k!  :smilielol:
