Great Questions.. As soon as I get the hardtop kits finished and out for a while and, Since I don't have a convertible here, I may have a member do some R&D to see how much more difficult in will be. Topcat , This is true , All hydraulic struts wear out over time, The first thing I decided was to source quality struts with about 10% to 20% more lbs than required , this way if they leak out over time and still have the correct pressure . I did this mod on my AAR clone back in 2005 and still worked like they were new in 2010 when I sold it , Those that are in the video have been in my car for 3 years ,After field testing them ,I feel like they are of decent quality. I can try get with the manufacturer and see if they offer a warranty . As of now Monday Jan 12th , I am still waiting on parts . Hopefully I can have the first prototype for the Challenger sent out this week .
