    Found out my two little front dash speakers werent plugged in (and are no good anyways) so I need to go out and pick up a couple 3.5 or 4 inch speakers before I put it all together. That will give to two fronts and two rears.
    Probably just going to buy some generic pair from best buy.

    That's great.  Had problems gettings ours to work until we figured out the front speaker was shorted to the dash frame.   :banghead: :roflsmiley:

    Could you do a before and after running at night?    I know the weather can be a bit difficult to maneuver around.

    Best to E-mail me.  robule1 at yahoo dot com

    I haven't done anything with the road lamps.  I believe the lamps are factory installed using a relay.  The wiring could be improved to increase performance.  I'll have to look at a wiring schematic to come up with an approach.  Bulb connections may be another potential hurdle.  With a little research, if the products are available, I can design a viable and improved approach.

     Received the kit yesterday - looks absolutely fantastic - well built - very professional looking. Will install in the next few weeks.  :worshippy

    Rob, I would be potentially be interested in one for a '70 Cuda with road lamps too.  Keep us up to date if you come up with a solution.

    I think John and I have figured out the 71 switching situation, a relay solution for 71 cars is done.   I asked John to get some pictures of road lamp light plug inside your housings.   I assume, I know dangerous, that 1970 use the same internal attaching plug.   Once I know that plug, I can get a road lamp kit together using larger sized wire. 

    On a 1970, being a single headlight per side, I believe that you can run your road lamps with the car on high beam setting.  Is that correct?  There is no switching off of your road lamp when you go to high beams?   I think that is a fed regulation about not having more than 4 forward light illuminated at any time.  71's have to switch off the road lamps, otherwise they have 6 lights.

    If you have any pictures of your lamps taken apart and the internal connectors, I'd love to have them for reference.  John's as well.

    Please let me know the answers and any pictures and we can get a solution for 70 & 71 road lamp cars.

    Performance for all the lights should increase dramatically.

    Thanks for the positive feedback.  Good to read it got to you.  I really dislike the lazy replacement mail guy, one try scanning tracking and done.  He did it again on another package to Canada. 

    If you have any question please let me know.  Install should take 2 hours top if you go methodically and sipping a beverage.  Most have them installed in under 1.5 hours.  One customer had it done in 45 minutes.
