Looking for a fuel tank for my 70 chally. Or should I have the old one cleaned?

:iagree:  Along with new fuel lines and pump if needed.  Save yourself a ton of headaches and your car will perform MUCH better.

I bought a new tank and lines from this place and was very pleased.  Buy it once and forget it, the last thing you need is your tank to collapse or leak cause you saved $100.  Don't forget the straps too.

"New lines are planned.  How good is a zinc plated as opposed tin plated, galvanized?" Brotow, galvanizing IS zinc. That's what they use. You'll usually only find tin in solder these days. The prices seem to be climbing- I bought a new Spectra tank off Ebay for $125 about a year or better ago. Good luck and call Dave @ Roseville, he gives the members of this forum a decent discount if you identify yourself.

Called Roseville, told them what parts I needed and the parts and other information were in an  email to Dave a few days earlier, They said okay we will check and get back to you tomorrow for sure. All the good things I've heard about Dave and Roseville makes it hard to believe that this "mis-communication" can happen.....twice, mis- comm on my first order.

Parts are on their way, yessss

Glenn,

what issues were you having? I explained I have been very busy when I talked to you. All of your parts were shipped out and if you have an issue call me.

Dave  that was Jan 18th.  Everything is fine. I also added to that post "Parts are on their way, yessss" after I talked with you .  I have no complaints.
