What kind of Air Fuel ratio numbers should I be setting up for?

I have my AFR sensors and gauge installed. What numbers should I be tuning my carburetor for?
Should it be a consistent number clear through the range or vary at different stages?

wide open throttle should be about 12.5-1

Cruise should probably be about 14.0-1

Idle should be around 14.0-1 or as lean as you can go and get a steady, reliable idle.

The more radical your combination, the richer the cruise and idle may need to be.

yep, I aim for 12.5 full throttle, and 13.5 cruise.
It bounces around a little, but those are the general averages.

I  aim for 12.5-12.8  at WOT and 13.6-14.2 during cruising speeds of 30-70mph. I have an auto and I have found 13.4-13.6 makes best vacuum in D at a stop. My Gage's fluctuate about .2 in D with the brake but they both give solid reading just off idle and all the way up the rpm range.
 My in D is 13.5ish and it goes leaner to 14.2 (45mph ish) then riches back up to 13.5ish by 70mph.
 I run on E10 fuel.

 Note: I started 2014 out leaner with The in D A/F at 14.0-14.2. This was too lean for my setup and it made my car hard to start up cold. It also made my warm re-start a bear too. It probably would have been fine if mine was a 4 speed at that A/F range.

Wouldn't think the AFR would affect startup or idle?

 If the carb is rich (idle circuit), then startup is usually fairly quick. But, the carb will stay rich at idle and off idle during cruise. If it is lean, then the throttle must be blipped several times to keep it running as the engine temps come up. Then when your driving around, you've got to two-foot it at stops to keep the engine happy to idle with an auto.
