Chrysler Logo is History
« on: January 13, 2015 - 08:16:41 PM »
The Chrysler Pentastar logo, first used in 1963, has been retired!
New logo: FCA

Fiat Chrysler of America!!!

Wow, Fiat!!  There's a real symbol of power!!!
72 Cuda, owned 25 years. 496, with ported Stage VI heads, .625 in solid roller, 254/258 at .050, 3500 stall, 3.91 rear. 850 Holley DP, Reverse manual valve body.

1999 Trans Am, LS1, heads, cam, headers, stall, etc! Love to surprise the rice rockets with this one. They seem so confident, then it's "what the heck just happened?"

Reminds me of a conversation I had with my Dad a few years ago about Oldsmobile. No model names were recognizable and you wouldn't know a newer Olds if you were looking at one... we know what happened to that mark.     :bricks1:

True.  I'm concerned that as time goes by they will just be called "Fiats" and "Mopar" will be gonne forever.   :crying:

Corporate people can call it what they want, just like stadiums changing names, I always try to call them by the first naming.
Like Joe Robbie Stadium in Miami, there is a statue of Joe Robbie there, no idea what latest name is , changed 3 or 4 times.
