Try to get a good copper weld though primer, not zinc.
You can start a weld right on the primer.

I did a AMD panel on mine, but after seeing member's Edison1970 Goodmark cowl replacement on his Cuda , I can say the fit looks just as good without the cost.

Aren't the Goodmark and AMD cowl prices comparable, about $300?

Retail prices are around $325 for the Goodmark and $375 for the AMD. To me it looked like Goodmark is the better of the 2 at least with the fit. :2cents:

$290 shipped to your door. Can't hardly beat that price.

That is a good price, but I wouldn't deal with an unknown ebay vendor, especially one who is averaging 10 negative or neutral feedback a month. Half of his complaints are they tack on shipping even though the ad says its free.

I'll bet my breakfast he doesn't have that panel in stock, but Summit does.... :)

Another eBay seller I would never buy from again is "TAMRAZ". A number of years ago I bought a front valence that arrived with a ding in it. I called to complain and the bi*ch at the other end told me that they
sell panels to Chip foose with the same type of quality. If Chip Foose doesn't mind doing extra body work, that's his choice, but he's not the one buying my parts.
