I'm hoping to make it, but I'm stuck working a bunch between now and then. So I'm still worried I might not make it. I hate to drive up there without running it local for a bit. I don't own a trailer.

Oh...yea that does make a difference....I wouldn't consider taking mine without a trailer...plus I have an eight hour drive.

I got the bubble back and installed. I think Alan is right about needing some red accent on the side. I'm probably going to do what he suggested and try a red pin stripe tape on the wheels as a trial.

No side accent with the red on top. You have plenty on there now IMHO.   :2cents:

No, we were talking about a 1/8 pin stripe around the outer lip of the rims...that's all :2thumbs:

Honestly - I would leave it as-is for a few months before pin-striping.   Let it "breathe" and then see about something new.

Thanks Guys! Unfortunately it won't be at Carlisle. I got stuck working a lot and didn't quite make my goal. The car is together and only needs fluids and initial start  :2thumbs:

I will post again when it's up and running. Maybe a YouTube clip  :2thumbs:

That makes good sense. The right thing to do sometimes presents itself when you wait  :2thumbs:

Looking forward to it Tom.  :2thumbs:
A video of hearing/seeing it run would be cool too.
