I got the engine and trans in this morning. I was surprised how easy it was going in from the bottom. This was my first time doing it this way.

I took some smaller resolution pictures. So hopefully they will post  :bigsmile:

I've done a couple of Hemis that way....You can keep the valve covers on....keep that in mind for next time :2cents: :2thumbs:

The new shaker graphix on the old car is a cool idea…  I'd do it !      Then again I am partial to black w/ red stripes…ha.

Looks good! Be careful with your fresh paint while installing parts to the firewall/inner fenders.  :thumbsup:

Thanks for all the nice comments. I will continue to post pics as I make progress. I hear ya about chipping the paint. I tend to work fast, so I'm trying to slow myself down and use plenty of masking tape and thin foam sheeting to  protect the body while I work on it  ;D
