Probably not. I think you will need to drive it around a bit and let them 'settle in'. Stock height for a Challenger had about 1-1.5" of tire up in the well. Not sure if a 'cuda was set up the same.

I thought the same thing. Drive with iT for awhile and see how it pans out  :2thumbs:

As promised... A picture from behind, albeit still on the lift as a non runner. The tire to spring clearance is 3/4" on the drivers side and 1/4" on the passenger side. Each tire is equal to the qtr panel side of wheel well at 3/4".

Lookin great Tom.  :2thumbs:

You could move the rear end to the right a tad if the tolerance on the right tire is an issue.

Hi Tom,
I had slid the rear to make both tires even from the qtr panels that's why they are uneven at the springs. But yes I may slide it the other way a hair just to get mor than 1/4" at the springs on the passenger side.

Oh. OK. Didn't realize your perches were not yet welded to the axle.

I know what's going to happen. As soon as I weld them, I will want to move them again. So I'm holding off till I'm definitely happy with everything.

Remember to check/set your pinion angle as well before you weld.

Will do, anybody have any tips? There is a million posts on various boards and a lot of the info differs. I did order a digital angle finder from summit. So hopefully that makes it easier.

I figured as much to match the qtr panels and I understand why. Either way, you don't have a lot of room to play with. But then again, you don't need a lot of room to play with. Just enough is just right.  :2thumbs:

Your doin great so keep us posted.  :ylsuper:

Okay, I  welded in the spring perches yesterday after setting the pinion angle. No issues. Today I put the  rear bumper on and installed the gas tank.

I must admit that it's looking pretty mean

I got the front bumper on this morning. I still have to tweak the alignment a little, but good enough for now to move on.  :2thumbs:
