Very nice ride! I just picked up my first mopar (70 barracuda) and plan to start paint in two weeks. Could you tell me who you bought your rear spoiler from? I know there are many out there but I like to see one installed so I can order the same one.  Also the tail light trim pieces on my cuda are starting to bow on the upper middle part could you provide me the info on that as well. As stated Im a new guy to mopar, your car looks awesome so I would like to buy from whatever supplier you went through.

Thanks!
JC

Hi JC,
I got the spoiler from Dales Cuda Shop. It looks and fits great. There are a lot of good vendors out there and some bad. I've bought a lot from Dales, roseville Moparts , rt specialties etc...

Not sure about the tail light pieces. Mine were nice so I didn't need to replace them.

Good luck with your project. You should introduce yourself with a post and some pictures!
Tom

So I realized that I'm at the half way mark in my carlisle goal. I got the car back from the body shop in mid January and carlisle is in July. So that gave me 6 months and I'm 3 months into it.

I think I'm about halfway there in the assembly. I try to spend some time in the garage  each day that I'm off. Wifey has been very good about it

I got the chrome trim installed around the doors yesterday. I also ran the body wiring and I'm sorting through my headliner material, bows and sail panels.

I also got the door handles in. I also installed the rear speakers.

Pictures are a little blurry for some reason.... I have to use the lowest resolution on my camara phone to get them to post.

I hit the garage for a couple of hours before work today and thought I would work on some fun stuff for a change.

I started measuring up to assemble and paint the fiberglass shaker baseplate that I got from hybrid fiberglass solutions. I have used two of there six pak air cleaners in the past and it's really a cost effective way to do a clone.

I would highly recommend them. I remember trying to buy stuff from snobar a long time ago and they were so rude that I passed.  :stirpot:

This  board runs pretty fast. I'm at the bottom of page one already. My wonderful wife helped me out and cut the trunk mat. I bought a piece of heavy vinyl seat material off of ebay to make a red mat to match the color scheme  :2thumbs:

Can you forward where on eBay you bought the material?

I'm still plugging away at the list, Guys. I finally got all the side glass in. The factory service Manual was spot on for both the Qtr and side windows. I just need to tweak the alignment a little more but I'm out of time for now.

The only set back I had was on the Quarter window. The back half of a slider came off and went down into the body crevice. It took forever to get it out. I stuffed a rag in the bottom of the quarter windows when finishing the install.
