Mihelin Pilot Primacy 275 45 18 . Very good street tyre with good wet grip.
I`ve got 400hp (without supercharger connected) and at that power level it gives very balanced handling.

I need the height, I actually want to run 285/45/18 but the only tire I can find in this size is $700/each so looks like I have to go one size down

You can try Michelin pilot supersport in 265/45-18 @27.4" and 235/45-18@ 26.3"
