Ooooooh it's that time again, folks!! (In fact, it's probably a bit past that time...)
I see some of you have already made your hotel reservations! I just did as well - same place, Quality Inn in New Cumberland. Far from the greatest Harrisburg has to offer, but cheeeeaaaap and still one of the best parking lots to ever host our shenanigans in the evenings!
Go here for more info and for a link straight to the hotel. HERE'S A HINT! If you go to their website and book, you won't get the price MEK quoted. BUT if you call them and take a lightly forceful tone, they'll knock your price down. They do it allllll the time.

The steaks last year were a lot of fun and of course a treat we were hoping to share with Andy, but it took a while for everyone to get food and even with the 7 pounds of meat we bought, we still ran out! Feel free to give any suggestions though - nothing is set in stone yet!
BEER!!! I MIGHT have something VERY special in store for you guys, but it's going to depend on our travel arrangements. If I do what I want to do, we'll have to leave Ash's Challenger at home and bring our "new" Jeep Grand Cherokee. Let's just say there would be kegs involved. (And I probably need to call Carlisle Events to make sure that's even allowed!) I'm only planning 2 beers at the moment (doing 8 last year was just silly!) and one will DEFINITELY be called "Fence Juice" (2014 attendees will remember the story!) So stay tuned for more info there!
Lastly, roll call!!! If you've never done this before or don't remember, just copy my example below and add your name and info. PLEASE try to be specific on head count - we use this to determine the amount of food we need to bring for saturday lunch, and the size of a dinner venue we need for saturday dinner! We haven't picked a location yet for that, but I have a few ideas I need to look in to.
