Thev`e had a number of "chicks" on the team over the years. Some, like that one are just eye candy and know nothing about cars and others who actually are pretty talented working on the cars.

It appears to be a black/black/black gran coupe.
I wonder if they put some of the GC things back in like the head liner and trim.

Thanks for sharing!

Jessie Combs knows her stuff and was on Overhaulin'.  She can work on my car anytime.   :naughty:

The back story on this Barracuda seems pretty cool, the woman is a nurse and bought the car from her grandma after she owned it for 25 years.  I caught a glimpse of the preview and it looks like they will be doing an RMS suspension.

Did you know Jessie is the fastest woman on Earth?  Yep, 4 wheel record holder.  :2thumbs:

Impressive, but she isn't the one in the Barracuda episode preview shown above. The current one has longer, darker hair. Then again, I could probably count all the Overhauling episodes I've seen on one hand so no doubt I've missed a number of women crew members.

I don't dispute that there are women out there that know their stuff, can work on cars, and outdrive a majority of guys. But there seems to be a trend of putting women on the cars shows where they are project coordinators, or story accomplices, or they install some gaskets or bolt down a carb.  Not exactly technical stuff.

A lot of them are just there because they're hot.

Which is fine with me.   :roflsmiley:
