The channel is called Revn TV. It is not on cable or dish, its an antenna channel now in several cities. I discovered it today. It is channel 7-3 in St. Louis. It has a bunch of older car shows that were on speedtv, but it did have an up to date racing information show on today. look it up. revntv.com
