SSteering column Tool wanted
« on: February 04, 2015 - 10:17:34 PM »
Hi everyone. I am looking for a tool to remove the lock plate pin in Mopars steering columns. Book says tool part no. was C-4113. Somebody has one for sale or do you know where I can purchaseone?

Thanks!

Robert

I took mine completely apart with just the tools I had.
Never needed any special tools.

Got a picture what this p/n is?

Yes, that"s what I do all the time. But I don't like to knock on the shaft with a hammer. When you have the column on the bench, it's not to bad, but when you want to take that pin out in the car, you can break the plastic pins in the lower shaft. The shop manual clerly says ''DO NOT HAMMER''
