Thursday Carlisle? Worth going?
« on: February 05, 2015 - 07:18:56 AM »
Hey folks I was wondering if Thursday is a good day to go? I have been going up on Saturdays for years, but having checked my schedule for this year i see I will not be around Friday or Saturday. I'm sure the show field will be smaller, and everything else will be just getting up and rolling. I can make it Thursday, but should I just stay home?

There won't be many show cars around, but the swap meet will be buzzing...with most of the good deals gone by Thursday. You get to watch Building "T" fill up too :2thumbs:

I'm told Mancini's will not be at the show this year .. . . i was surprised to hear that.  Just cost to much money . . . . Thursday Viperboy and I typically hit a brew pub for dinners . . . . last year was quite the adventure !

There will be a couple of us driving down from Southern Ontario Thursday morning....no show cars driving down, I'll hopefully be trailering my AAR.

We meet at the Queenston/Lewiston bridge at 6am.....leave by 6:15.....

Everybody welcome :burnout:

AND there is always the Mopar Rebellion Cruise Thursday night/evening. Just haven't seen any info on the location and such. I heard that it will not be at the Dodge Dealership on Rt 11 in Mechanicsburg as per usual. Always has been nice.

I go Thursday. I pick up all my pre orders, get that out of the way.  It gives me the next 3 days to look around

Jeff, Melanie, and I will be arriving sometime on Thursday but probably won't be at the fair grounds. Definitely up for some dinner and drinks Thursday evening though! )
