Really cool video.

When talking about the engine, the owner indicated that he'd taken a stock 340 up from 275 HP to something like 380 HP by "adding a little hotter cam."   I haven't messed with engines much but gaining almost 100 HP from "just" a cam swap seems optimistic.   What am I missing here?   If there's a thread in c-c.com or elsewhere that provides some level of detail on how to make this big of a leap in HP happen with only a cam change, I'm all eyes and ears.   If I'm going to make a cam change, now would be the time to do it.

I think that is a little optimistic in the numbers and would require more than just a cam change. You also would need heads and intake work to support that big of a jump form the cam change.

I've always like the 2nd gen fastbacks. Never had a chance to get one, but would love to have one someday.

That video had me searching for an A-body Cuda for awhile. I ended up with a 71 Cuda instead and couldn't be happier.

As for a fastback A-body maybe next time................
