James from DMT was looking into this material a few years ago.  He found a vender that makes it, however the required minimum order was a ridiculously huge amount.  He would never be able to recoup his money.  There is a product that is sold by a Camaro restoration company that is close.  The problem is that it's about half the width that Mopars use.

I ended up using the soft side of velcro, and some foam,this will be fine, I bet if they make them they will be $20.00 a piece ,so that is not worth it at this point
