Thanks, going to look very similar to yours once it's done in the body shop  :grinyes:

I've been playing with a few front spoiler ideas, I cut out a template very similar to yours (posey style) last night. Also debating ordering a 68 camaro front spoiler and cutting/heat forming where needed to make it fit and contour to the valance lights.

That stance look great.  Did you mention in another thread you are thinking about switching to the Hotchkis TVS system?

Yea I did, I was one of the members who got those amazon hotchkis UCA's for 400 bucks a week ago . I love the stance and it drives a heck of a lot better than the old springs. But I originally bought these with no intentions of taking it on the track, now I caught the bug and I want to track it a bit. I'd sell them and buy the hotchkis springs if I could find a buyer but until then/money warrants, they'll be staying on

Original flat hood was a rusted mess on the inside. Everytime I closed the hood rust shavings were everywhere. Bought a new AMD R/T hood and installed:

Sounds good, all I used was a dimple die, jig saw, cordless drill and a vise to make mine. Not hard to do at all!  :2thumbs:

Thanks for all the kind words so far

I received my t/a ducktail spoiler from dale's and front/rear fiberglass bumpers from AAR. Will post pictures shortly. Bumpers will be body color and smooth using fabricated aluminum brackets.

My end goal for my car is similar to the hotchkis emax so I did some photoshop edits today. Here's what I came up with.

My car will have a satin black rt hood and maybe bbs or ccw wheels but overall the same look and stance. I'm building a custom grille so that's what you see in the photoshop, I'll put some more pictures of that soon. And yes window decal says, Corvette Slayer  My dad has a corvette and thinks its king of all cars, I'm out to prove him wrong, I may just rename my project after that  :grinyes:

Yup, going with a full 3" exhaust with electric cutoffs that go into the side exit. Debating piecing together a mandrel set and welding in the side exhaust or buying the magnaflow kit and adding the side exit with cutoffs. With the cutoffs closed, it'll be flowing through the back with turndowns behind the valance. Probably will go with mufflers and resonators to have it stealthy or as stealthy as a big block Stroker and 3" pipes can get  :grinyes:

Anyone know what kind of tips the emax uses? Don't look like stock ta tips. I'm between those or rectangular tips  :dunno:

I dig it. I'm going down a similar path with my '70 Cuda. Are you going with black wheels?

Yes definitely black wheels. I have 15" black steelies on right now. When I go to 17 or 18s itll be dependent on funds. Would love some forgeline, bbs or ccw in mesh style in satin black with rivets.

I considered doing the same electric cut out side exhaust. The dougs header design looked good to me? Not sure on clearance? I noticed after doing some online research the electric motors don't last on most designs and are expensive to replace.  I was planning on all stainless (do it once)
