Identify this wiring harness

Can someone identify this wiring harness? I Think it might be a 71 challenger headlight harness, but I'm not sure.

I don't think it's an E Body harness, more likely a B Body or A Body. Look where the yellow wire for the starter relay is.

For sure it's not a 71 Challenger

  The black bulkhead connector is another clue... Four headlights, grommet on the one side for the lead to the parking light... Someone should recognize it...

I thought the grommet was leading to the side market light and possible fender top indicators, while the park lamps are up in the grill next the the high beam lights...More clues...
